File corrupted parts not sync

Hi, I have created a piano concerto full score until a point it keep crashing (force quits) without reason when I am adding dynamics to piano part. Also when I try to open piano part it also crashes sometimes. Also when I wrote on the full score, the solo part didn't sync accordingly. I copied everything into a brand new sheet but still it says corrupted
