MS4's scroling function for chaging the value of playback velocity does not work when it keeps open

Hello, thank you to read my comment.
I am using Musescore 4.0, then I noticed that I cannot use scroll function to change the velocity of notes with mouse wheel on the playback velocity input box. The observed cases are the following.

A. Closed case
1. Set the playback panel close,
2. Select a note
3. Open playback panel
4. change the velocity with mouse wheel
B. Open case
1. Set the playback panel open, by clicking some note except the note you want to change
2. Keeping the panel open, select a note
3. Changing the velocity with mouse wheel on the already opened panel

Case A works, but case B does not work. I hope this information to help to improve the quality of Musescore.
