Musescore 4.0.0 on Windows 10 produce during playback soundhiccup (short interuption / clik )

After download Musescore 4.0.0 (first software version) I have problems with the playback of a score what was OK in MuseScore 3.6.2
Find out that: If I replace the new sound font with the basic sound fond the hiccups disappear.
Hardware:
Elitebook 8460p with
Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
Ram 16 GB
Processor Intel core i5 2520 @2.50 GHz
Hard disk 230 Gbyte 80 Gbyte free space
Defragmentation of the Hard disk doesn't help

Is there a hardware-software timing issue?

Found a topic item
Crackling noises and horrible playback in MuseScore 4
A solution could be:
Edit / Preferences / I/O.
change the I/O buffer size from 1024 to 4096
Problem solved!
