Some notes not playing in playback (maybe due to cross-staff-notation?)

Hi, I am transcribing a piece by Jeno Hubay and some notes on the piano part are just not playing. I am using cross staff notation and for some reason it is not playing some notes (most are changed from their original staff, but some are not). I will upload the file so people can try to help me figure it out. The problem is in measures 40-41 on the bass clef line. Thanks in advance.
