Windows App SDK Runtime Install Failure, when trying to install Muse Hub on Windows 11

• Jan 7, 2023 - 15:01

When I try to install Muse Hub (to upgrade to MuseScore 4) on Windows 11 Pro (logged in in normal user mode), after launching the installer and entering the local administrator password, the installation seems to start and the MuseHub installer splashscreen is shown. But after some seconds I get a modal Windows error pop-up box with the message:
"Unable to install the Windows App SDK Runtime which is required for Muse Hub, please try again. Check the logs for more information."

I could not locate any logs and this error is permanent. Is there a workaround like manual installation of the SDK Runtime? Which SDK Runtime is needed?
