Faulty Ensemble Parts

When writing an ensemble piece, I have found that the separate parts to the ensemble sometimes have really bad differences from the original score. These differences make the music unreadable in some places. I have attached two pictures of a small spot where this occurs in a clarinet quartet that I am writing. The first picture is what the separate part looks like and the second picture is from the original score, showing what it should actually look like.
