pedal extend more than desired

The effect of pedal extends the notated measure. As you can see in the uploaded file, the note-lengthening effect of the pedal should end at measure 22, and the D on measure 23 should only last half a measure. However, during play back, the D on measure 23 would actually last till the end of the piece. This was fixed upon deleting the pedal notation in measure 21-22. However, I do want that notation to be there. Please fix, ty!
