Playback with reprisa issue

When you change the tempo of playback and you have reprisas there - you'll get an weird behaviour.
If you set tempo to <100% - you will get overlapped music because repeated bars will start before it should.
If you set tempo to >100% - you will get a pause between repetitions.

I guess playback module just "knows" when to repeat music, but "when" is not affected by tempo modifier.
