Articulations working oddly

In the studio, specifically the harpsichord part, the staccatos aren't working in measures 21-28. Additionally, in bars 37-44 the viola part sounds very muddy and it's as if the bar before is playing on top of a different bar through the whole time, if that makes sense. I noticed this was a problem after I changed page size because there was a weird black border at the bottom (which is fixed now), a couple of days after I changed the size I noticed and havent been able to fix it. Please have a listen and help me out.
