Gb 4 on Bandoneon not audible in playback. (Musescore 4)

Today I was trying to write a small piece and when listening to the audio playback in Musescore.
While listening there was only one specific note that did not play during playback, it seemed very buggy.
I have added an image that highlights the note in question and included the .mscz file for investigation.
If anyone knows what is going on, please let me know.
