asking for problems resolution

Recently, I found out that MuseScore 4 has been released, so that I decided to download and try it. However, when I downloaded it from Muse Hub on my Windows 10 laptop, somehow the MuseScore 4 software couldn't run properly. When I tried to open the software, it just appeared an opening screen saying 'loading", and then disappeared automatically a few seconds later. I wonder what proem could it be. Can someone provide me some effective ways to solve this problem, please?
