Import PDF to MuseScore 4 Not at all accurate
I am using Cakewalk ProAudio to Print to PDF, then uploading the PDF to MuseScore. The MuseScore file is so inaccurate, I might as well be completely creating the thing from scratch. The time signature isn't matching, the measures aren't lined up, the number of measures is wrong, all of the rest measures disappear, etc. I want to be able to use the plugin that writes the note names, but I need the music to at least be accurate.

Instead of PDF, can Cakewalk produce MusicXML files? Such files are more accurately handled by MuseScore.

"... can Cakewalk produce MusicXML files?"
Yes, it can:
https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help…
And yes: a direct MusicXML import into MuseScore is always a more accurate transfer format than this tortuous process:
Import PDF > optical music recognition > generate MusicXML > import MusicXML to MuseScore
Avoid PDF import if ever possible. Here are the lines and stems to thin.
In this special case I can see only two different measures. Write them and fill the rest using copy and paste.
No more than 10 minutes I guess ...

Yes, less than 10 minutes - see attached file!
