finding scores

• Mar 16, 2023 - 17:28

I use Musescore on my apple MacBook air but because this computer it becoming glitchy I need to access Musescore on my iPad Pro. If I do manage to log in it says I have no scores when in fact I have over 100 scores. How do I find out what my log in details are accurately? Why can't I find my proper log in details or just log in properly on a different device. I need to put my computer back to factory setting to try to remove the glitch so I really need to work on my scores on my iPad.

While on this forum you must have been logged in so that you could post on this forum. Click on your name at top-right on the blue MuseScore banner, and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. That opens a web page which holds details of your email address and username - but not your password. However there is a link to "Reset your password" if you have forgotten it.

Again click on your name at top-right, and this time choose My Scores. Does that work for you?
If you really see no scores, is it possible that you have set up two accounts by mistake?
