MuseScore 4 Freezes Upon Opening

For the past little while now anytime I've opened MuseScore 4, it freezes and when I try to click anything the Windows "error" sound plays. This makes MuseScore 4 completely unusable, and it's really disappointing.
I have tried repairing, uninstalling, and re-installing MuseScore 4 and MuseHub to no avail.

My computer meets the system requirements for using MuseScore 4, so I know that's not the issue.

If anyone has any clue on how to fix this, it would be very appreciated.
