Re-copy Manually from a pdf to Musescore

Hello to all the community, I'm emailing you all today because I'm looking for a feature in Musescore.

I'm looking for to re-copy a pdf into Musescore (the pdf conversion does not work for my sheet music) but I have difficulties to re-copy a specific measure.

Here, thanks to the image down bellow you will see my problem.
image 1 : "pdf copy" - What I'm looking for to re-copy.
image 2 : "Musescore" - What I can copy. As you will see, this is very hard to read.

When I try to do the same thing for example on the first quarter note with the point on it. When I try to put a point on only a single note, Musescore write me two point on two notes ("image 3 - Quarter note with point")
Same problem when I have to re-write a quarter note with an 8th note upon the first quarter note.

Let me know guys if it is clear enough, English is not my native language, so I try to be the clearest as I can.
