Differing Command-Line Options

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is because of the way my Linux distribution packages MuseScore, but I'm seeing differences between the man-page and options provided when running mscore --help.

I was hoping to use --config-folder to change the default configuration of musescore but found out the command doesn't have such an option.

mscore --help is missing quite a few options compared to the man page and I'm not entirely sure why:

If I could get some confirmation as to whether this only happens for NixOS and not other distributions, I can create a new issue there.
Any information about why this occurs would also be helpful.
Workarounds to change the default configuration directory would also be appreciated.
