Musescore 4 beaming confusion

I'm having trouble trying to cross the beams connecting across measures 57-58. None of the beaming options in the Inspector tab are able to connect the last note of bar 57 to the first note of bar 58?

If this is not possible, as an alternative, how can I make bar 57 continue as a long, single measure without the stave going out of the side of the page? P.S: I already know how to add beats to a measure.
