Different Dynamic Volume

In a certian part of my piece there is just clarinet one and two playing, both at piano and in harmony. I have never had this problem before, but their dynamic volume is so contrasting. The first clarinet is too quiet, yet it's at piano, like it counterpart. Could anybody help?
