Instruments out of settings

I have a pertinent question, how do I get access to other music sources like synthesizers for example. sometimes when I open a midi file it comes with that instrument but I can't find it when I am composing my music. Best regards

Musescore (at least MuS 3.6.2) has a lot of synthesizers to apply. You need to select the filter "All Instruments".
