Silent note entry?
I would like to transcribe music while watching YouTube with my GF. The sounds of note entry make this impossible. Can we have a feature for silent note entry? Musescore 3 would "lock" into the sound output at startup, so I could start MS3 with my headphones as the default output, then switch to main speakers. That way, I would hear my mote entry on headphones and have YouTube play on the main speakers. Is that option possible now?

1] You should pay your GF more attention.
2] I don't think you can (easily) output audio from one program to headphones and the other to speakers.
3] i can't see how silent note entry matches with your wishes to hear them through the headphones.

what are you even doing here if you don't (1) know the answer to the problem, or (2) don't understand the question, or (3) want to make yourself useful?
For silent note entry...
Use menu item: Edit > Preferences > Note Input -- then untick 'Play notes when editing'.
