That 'code' reminds me of chord changes written out on a bar napkin - like what I sometimes played from at 'open mic' nights... ;-)
The changes are grouped into measures, but there is no mention of a time signature - which would be okay in an open mic venue so long as the 'song' to which those chords refer is known.

In any event, what do you mean by converting that into "readable music'?
You really don't need MuseScore to reproduce what you have written.
(It also looks similar to something that Chat GPT would produce
