Play MIDI on Kawaii mp11se

I have a new Kawai mp11se going through a yamaha MG10xu audio interface/mixer. Keyboard plays fine. I just can't play keyscape, or anything else from the computer. Keyscape recognizes itself and will play the test sounds but, cannot play anything from the keys. I'm presuming that this is a MIDI issue. This is very frustrating and none of the tech supporters have the answer. What is wrong here? Would appreciate help. Thank you

What is keyscape? How does this relate to MuseScore?

Thank you for asking: It's a program that playes high quality sampled pianos. Keyscape is a stand alone product but, it's like samples from a Digital audio workstation (DAW), it won't play anything from the keys. It's like the mp11se doesn't play midi, or something.
