Dynamics messed up with the musesound sound font

Hi,
First of all, I'm not good with technology, so I don't know if what I've tried to download will play.But, I've tried switching to musesound when playing back my scores. In many of them, the new sounds are either muffled or too loud and no longer keeping the dynamic markings consistent between the instruments. Also, while I'm pleased withe the new piano sound-font, the strings are rather painful to listen to. I can hear the nuances of vibrato and note shaping, but it frankly sounds like a cross between an accordion and a clarinet. I downloaded through the hub and got the orchestral package.
