Playback on MS4 is so laggy

Whenever I play any of my scores on MS4, it is laggy as hell, and when there are several instrument played together, it is so laggy that i'm hardly feel any "music". Even when there is only one instrument playing, it is still laggy. What is the causes of these? Help me please, it's so annoying.
