You will have to explain this a bit more. "Emoticon" is not a word generally used as a musical term; I would rather say "Expression mark".

And for rubato I simply use an Expression text from the Text palette, then edit the text from Expression to rubato. If you use an expression often, you can save it from your score to your Text palette with Ctrl+Shift+drag.

I'm sorry because my mother tongue is not English, which sometimes makes it difficult for me to distinguish. I have read your reply before but forgot to reply. What I mean is whether it will increase the corresponding performance effect, and if possible, please optimize the sound of the arpeggio

"What I mean is whether it will increase the corresponding performance effect"

In general there will be no effect on MuseScore's playback, because Expression marks are a printed instruction to the human player.

But there are some exceptions which do have an effect on playback. To mention a few:
- arco and pizz. text for string playback, to force a bowed or pizzicato sound
- Swing text to affect the playback rhythm

... please optimize the sound of the arpeggio"
That seems to be something better implemented in the Properties panel of an arpeggio. In Proprties > Playback > Spread delay you can already adjust the speed at which the arpeggio plays. Is that what you need?
