Add chords without notes/prerequisite fretboard diagrams.

I'm attempting to add chords to my score, and there are a handful that don't have a common shape to their name. I wish to add the fret-board diagrams in a way that the attached image is structured. I'm aware that the first times the chords appear you can use the diagrams for clarification, but I'm wondering if I can position the chords in a place I find to be more pleasant.
