Long bar
I don't know exactly what I did, it might be that I pressed 'Enter', but what happened the current bar suddenly took on the full width of the page. How can I reverse this or more generally how can I state the number of bars on current staves or divide a bar into 3,4 ..bars, add a bar after current one etc.?

Pressing Enter adds a system break. You should see it as a grey bent arrow in a box. Select it and press Delete.
