Add cortesy accidental plugin doesnt respect ties! :-p

Hello! :-)

The problem is than when there is a tie also creates the accidental!

This `plugin is very important for writing dodecaphonic or similar advanced music, so maybe there is some way around to solve this issue of having all notes with the accidental?

In Dorico is very well implemented, also in Lilypond, maybe I'm losing some "work-around" here? :-)

Also, please people, continue developing the 3.7 branch, please,...is much more interesting than the 4.!!! :-p

Is a pity watching this war over a so interesting piece of software!!!

Thank you very much,...do you think you could add a couple of improvements? :-D

1) Include quarter tone accidentals.
2) Allow to dont show the "natural" symbol, no symbol in place of "natural symbol"
3)This should be added to the "styles" accidental menu, as it is in "Dorico" and "Lilypond", with as much as options as possible.In Dorico and Lilypond you have huge amount of options for accidentals.

Also the quarter tone 24edo should be added as a tonality to musescore 3/4, to have it like in Dorico, integrated in the software, without needs of plugins.
