Musecore 4 Lag and sluggishness
My cpu spikes from about 4% usage to 80-100% anytime I select a measure in Musecore 4.
My specs are:
GPU: 3060Ti
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700g
RAM: 16gb of 3600mhz
Sabrent Rocket 4+ SSD
I've tried stuff like having the mixer open and adjusting my audio settings under the I/O menu but nothing is working to stop the lag. This problem occurs on both scores that I have completed and new ones. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't help either.

Another problem is that any instruments that are using MS basic sounds end up sounding really high pitch and screechy.
I found the fix. My headphones were set to 192000 hz in my setting and putting them back down to 48000 did the trick.
