Nasty Background Noise

I noticed this issue occurred after I copy and pasted a part of the different onto this one (as it gets very slow working on this one). It only happened on about half of the instruments, being all the WW (except the Cbsn) and the F Horns, which were the instruments I had worked on other score.
The last song (Star Wars bit) was the bit I copied and pasted that from the other score, and that's when this issue occurred
I added the score files to look at as well.
