adding micro scales for mordants and trill

Greetings, is it possible in v4 to add a "micro-scale" to a scale to spell out the notes in ornaments, such as trills or mordants? I'm not sure what these are really called, so I've appended snapshot from a paper score as examples of what I am asking about.
