Musescore 4 Dynamic Adjustment
You cannot adjust the volume of an individual dynamic mark in MuseScore 4 as you could in MuseScore 3. This ability needs to be restored!

What is promised for the future (but not yet) is some kind of "velocity lane" or "velocity channel" to control the volume of each instrument. I think this is the relevant Github issue:
