phantom missing measure
When I attempt to save my score in v. 4, I get the following errors:
Incomplete measure: Part score: Tenor, measure 13, staff 1. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Tenor, measure 13, staff 2. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Tenor, measure 13, staff 3. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Part score: Tenor, measure 13, staff 4. Found: 0/1. Expected: 4/4.
The trouble is my score only has 12 measures. There is no measure 13, but the software seems to think there is a four beat measure 13.

Look at measure 10 (the end-repeat measure) - it has only three beats, when 4/4 is the time signature. I think that this may be at the root of this puzzling problem. It's not possible to fix by deleting surrounding measures, which is my usual remedy. Maybe someone else can suggest a solution.
I created a new Tenor instrument, copy/pasted all but the last two bars and then entered the notes by hand and deleted the original Tenor
Thanks to you both. Deleting the offending 3-beat measure didn't help but was a good suggestion and should be fixed anyway. Thanks for the corrected file! I'll try that.
