[Solved] How to STOP Musescore to scan new plugins when is starting up?

Due this severe blocking problem:

I would like to know how to setup MuseScore to STOP to scan new plugins.
And eventually scan them only when I need it.

i solved it in the linked topic.
No way to ask to MuseScore to stop scanning new plugins, but I edited the JSON file, added the buggy plugin, indicating it as non active, and MuseScore ignores it.

NOTE FOR THE 4.2: insert the option DO NOT SCAN new plugin
