Questions for (b) and (#) symbol in chords.

Is there a way to modify the # symbol in the chord and move it a little higher?
In the picture I show what I wanted vs. what I have.... (In the picture above, I wanted not only the position of the "#" but also the style of the symbol that I think looks nicer). Some fonts use a better "#" style symbol but not in the right position or maybe the right position but not the good style. Also the fonts where I find both good position and style, are not "times new roman" similars.
