deleting files
I can't find the procedure to delete files and now when I try to upload a file, I can only see the letters and not the file name so I have no Idea what file I'm uploading unless I return to another access to match the letters to the file name itself.

Please explain because file names are usually made up from letters. You say you can see the letters, so isn't that the file name?
