Playhead configuration

With the release of 4.1, there remains a single reason why I still need to keep MuseScore 3.6 on my computer: the playhead. I do like how the new one looks when writing or reviewing music, but there is another way to use MuseScore, and that is representing music visually. The old playhead is more precise and even highlighs some notes that are still lingering on. Though this may seem minor to an average user, it is an absolute killer feature for music reviews/analyses (example: https://youtu.be/SVRuNOFZTUk?t=200 on 3:20)
I don't use MuseScore 3.6 for anything else aside from this feature, and it's becoming increasingly more frustrating to have to switch between the two. I don't have enough coding knowledge to implement this myself, although I recognize it'd be pretty easy if you knew where to look for the current playhead code.
Please, make the old playhead an option.
