Your score plays fine for me, so it's a problem with your specific computer.
I think you are using MS 3.6.2? Try this old HowTo article "How to get sound working if you don't hear anything" :

Thank you for replying. I do not know what version of MS I am using. item 3 if synthesiser not there reset factory settings. How please do I do that?

Would it not be more effective to start again in Musescore 4?
