Regroup notes from 333 to 2223 format

Mscz file attached have to be reorganized in groups of 2 2 2 3.
MSC-3 automatically grouped 9/8 notes in 3 3 3 format.
The group 9/8 notes should be in format 2 2 2 3.
Does anyone know how to re-groping mszc notes? See attachment photos and file 23.2 Vranski cocek.mscz .
