Adding a vertical line on the beat

Is there a function/plugin that adds a vertical line on top of every note or rest that's on the beat? It's similar to the "fill with slash" function, but "fill with slash" doesn't add exactly on or on top of the note/rest on the beat. The reason is to make it easier to read/play scores that have very complex rhythms or notes/rests.
