midi channel assignments
These functionalities were available in Encore by Passport. Are they available in Musescore as well. - If not could they be included?

Each staff could be assigned a certain channel. Could be turned off and on - With volume control.

Up to 8 or more voices that individually could be turned off and on. eg. Just Soprano and Tenor lines play.
Purpose is to play a Rodgers organ - which uses channel 12, 13 and 14 for a 2 manual and pedal organ. Would like to be able to assign certain staves to a certain manual or pedal.
Instead of adding voices - could I add instrumentations instead and assign it to a channel corresponding a certain manual?

They determinately need to re-add the ability to change the midi channels of instruments and staves again. It was in Musescore 3 and I have heard that a lot of people are now using Sibelius due to Musescore 4 lacking this feature. I have also been having issues with MIDI file exports due to not being able to assign the channels manually. I even tried the MusicXML hack for my file, but due to the string quintet in some scores, it keeps assigning unused pizzicato and tremolo channels to random channels when there are not any notes that use them.
