Type of audio?

I use Encore music, I convert it to midi and Musescore accept it. Musescore writes very good the music in pdf. That is fantastic. The problem is if I want to convert an audio from a Big Band, obviously from You Tube, I convert that mp3 sound to midi like my Encore but why Musescore does not accept that midi and writes the music very, very bad!!!
