Playback with no dynamics would be great!
When transcribing a piece of music, I would like to be able to check my work by listening to the playback all at same volume. In particular with no "piano" which is so light I can hardly hear what is going on. Or is there a way to set the volumes relations between different dynamics?

When I am transcribing something it is usually a multi pass operation. Something like
Pass 1 enter the notes
Pass 2 add the slurs and articulations
Pass 3 add the dynamics
Pass 4 add other playing directions and textual elements
Pass 5 Adjust the layout
I check my work during and at the end of each pass. As I listen at the end of Pass 2 I am doing what you want, listening without dynamics.
If you have something with dynamics already entered you could save that with a name like MyScoreWithDynamics or whatever makes sense to you so that you can go back and pick up where you left off. Then right click on one dynamic and from the pop up menu use "select all similar" and then delete all the dynamics. I would suggest saving the result with a new name e.g. MyScoreWithoutDynamics or similar.
