Complete control over adding and hiding extra instrument staves

I would love the ability to have complete control over adding and hiding extra instrument staves. For example, when I add another tenor stave in a choral score, I would like to be able to add the extra stave to one specific system, instead of the whole score. And when I want to hide staves, to have the ability to hide staves without a cutaway. Basically, I want to the freedom to add extra instrument staves and have their hidden functions independent from one another. Thank you.
