Score Layout

In my score, at some page one can‘t see all notes. Some lines are under the Page? Hoe could I fix this?

If a score has a lot of instrumentes then this may happen. If it is only on some pages then then some additional things like haipins, notes far above or below the staff and others are the reason. They occupy additional vertical space. You can:

  • choose a larger page size in Format/Page settings and/or
  • modify the scaling value (staff space), to find in the same menue
  • reduce page margins, also in this menu
  • modify some distance values in Format/Style/Page
  • view in continuous mode, but this does not help if you print out the score, only for the screen display.
