Download and install Harmonica plug-in - issues

I'm running MuseScore4. I want to download and install the plug-in for harmonica. The Manual states "Download the necessary plugin files and move them to MuseScore's plugins folder." I can see the plugin I want on the plug-ins page: https://musescore.org/en/project/harmonica-tablature-harp
but when I click on the prompt "Download for MuseScore 4" I just see a text file of the code; no zip file downloads.
Am I doing something wrong?

Your internet browser decides to open the file instead of download it. To download the plugin file, you should right click on the link and click "Save link as..."
