4.1.1 on Windows 11 - Menu bar not working

On Windows 11, occasionally when I open a score with a long filename, the menu bar moves down from the top of the Musescore window and becomes unresponsive. I am unable to select any menu item, move the Musescore application window, or minimize/close the application without reverting to the task manager. Attached is a picture.

IIRC there is a 100-character limit on score names on musescore.com, and I suspect that the full title of your score is more than 100 characters. I have had problems with freezing in the past, caused by excessive title length.
