Did you mean the dynamics played by the instruments? The dynamics (mf, f, p, etc.) along with the crescendo and diminuendo markings can be removed from the score for no changes with the dynamics in the playback. Keep in mind that MuseScore interprets "mf" if there is none specified. Hope this helps.
