Orchestral Hit?

I noticed that in this piece someone transcribed they got this instrument called "Orchestral Hit." I was wondering how they were able to do this, as when I tried to get an "Orchestral Hit." instrument it wasn't there. Does anyone know how to create this? or the steps to making this?
