Playback out of tune

I just downloaded version 4 and tried it out. The playback is horribly out of tune. Notes on the treble clef are 3 half tones sharper than they should be. Cs sound like Ebs, Bs sound like C#s, etc. The Bass clef appears to be playing normally.
